No Sound on the Bell App

If your iPhone or iPad isn't playing sound from the Prodigies Bells App, try the lock/rotate switch!

Usually if the bells app has no sound, it has to do with the mute or silent function of the phone being engaged. Check the side switch of your phone or swipe up to access the control center, and tap the bell icon to disengage silent mode.

If your device doesn't have a side switch, swipe up to access the control center, then click the Bell icon to unmute and disengage silent mode.
