No Sound on the Bell AppIf your iPhone or iPad isn't playing sound from the Prodigies Bells App, try the lock/rotate switch! Usually if the bells app has no sound, it has to do with the mute or silent function of the phone being engaged. Check the side switch of your phone or swipe up to access the control center, and tap the bell icon to disengage silent mode. If your device doesn't have a side switch, swipe up to access the control center, then click the Bell icon to unmute and disengage silent mode.

The Deskbells Seem Expensive...It's true that a ~$62 kids instrument might seem expensive, but they're quality bells that rival $300-$800 classroom instruments. I hear from a lot of folks that our bells are too expensive! I can empathize with the price shock of a $62.10 kids “toy”, especially when I think of the $5-25 dollar toys my daughter loves. The thing about the bells though…is they’re an instrument, not a toy, and a dang good one at that.

Our videos are hosted on Uscreen.tv, which has a global content delivery network with multiple servers for redundancy and reliability. While Uscreen can go down, it is incredibly rare, and 9 times out of 10, it has something to do with settings on your end.
